GENERAL & RESERVATIONS

  • Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.


  • We’re happy to accommodate early arrivals or late checkouts, subject to availability. Please contact Guest Services for options.

  • Registered guest parking is available at $40 per night plus tax.

    Visitor parking rates are:
    0–2 hours: Complimentary with validation
    2–6 hours: $10 + tax
    6–24 hours: $40 + tax

  • A 17% Austin/Texas Hotel and Occupancy Tax will be applied to your stay.


  • A $30 daily amenity fee is included in the nightly price. Services and amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, one welcome drink per person upon arrival, daily lobby coffee from 7 to 9 am, daily Hydration and Recharge station in lobby including water and light snacks (available 24 hours), and use of yoga mats and blocks in-room and yoga studio.

POLICIES

  • Standard Cancellation Policy:

    If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so free of charge up to 48 hours prior to check-in. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of check-in are subject to a cancellation fee of 1 night's stay plus tax.

    Promotional Cancellation Policy:

    Reservations booked under a promotional pre-paid, non-refundable offer cannot be canceled or modified, and the deposit will be forfeited.


  • For reservations with a standard 48-hour or 7-day cancellation policy, payment is collected at check-in. Non-refundable reservations are charged in full at the time of booking.

  • Advance reservations are required. Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to availability. Blackout dates apply. Rates do not include taxes, gratuities, or resort fee.

  • Our entire property is a non-smoking facility.



  • Colton House Hotel welcomes your four-legged friends. Dog-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability; advance reservations are required. Etiquette waiver must be signed upon check-in. Guests with dogs are required to pay a $50 non-refundable fee. 2 dog limit per room.
